LISTING REFERRAL AGREEMENT

This agreement is between GREEN IT TECHNOLOGIES T/A Propertyleaderr.co.za hereinafter referred to as “Propertyleaderr.co.za” and the Receiving Broker/Agent OR Owner/Seller hereinafter referred to as “the Seller/Agent”.

Interpretation:

• Active listing is a visible property listing on propertyleaderr.co.za
• Assigned refers to the party receiving the referral contact information.
• Referral is any person or entity that propertyleaderr.co.za refers to the Seller/Agent, including direct referrals from propertyleaderr.co.za by means of email, WhatsApp, SMS or referrals through any of their respective network of websites.

Duration:
This agreement shall be in force for the duration of an active, assigned, property listing of the Seller/Agent on Propertyleaderr.co.za.

Referral fee:
Propertyleaderr.co.za will be entitled to a referral fee in the event the Seller/Agent receives a payment/commission in connection with a real estate transaction concluded with any referral from Propertyleaderr.co.za.

The Seller/Agent agrees to pay the said referral fee, in the amount of: 1% percent of the list price, or sale price, or other agreed-upon or Selected Option percentage or amount that the Seller/Agent receives in connection with the foregoing.

The parties hereby agree that the Seller/Agent (by EFT) shall fully pay the referral fee to Propertyleaderr.co.za, no later than 7 business days after the transaction is completed.

Cancellation:
This contract will expire on the de-listing / de-activation / un-assigned date of the property on propertyleaderr.co.za.

If both parties want to cooperate after the expiration date, they will have to execute a new referral contract by means of an active listing on propertyleaderr.co.za.
